Terms

General Terms

I reserve the right to refuse any commission.All commission work is not Work Made for Hire unless stated otherwise.Upon acceptance of your commission, you agree that you have read and agreed to these terms.

General Commission Process

Once initial payment is received, I will begin work on the commission.When a rough version or sketch is complete, I will send it for review and approval.Upon approval of the rough version, I will begin work on the final version.When the final version is complete and approved, I will send unwatermarked version once the final payment is received.

Payment:

An invoice will be sent to your email once a commission is accepted.All Commissions require 50% payment up front and the remaining 50% payment upon completion.Full payments up front and tips are also accepted!

Revisions:

Three minor revisions and one major revision is accepted during the rough stage.One minor revision is accepted during the final stage.All further revisions may be accepted, but will be charged at an agreed upon hourly rate.*Minor revisions are small tweaks to the image
(i.e. redrawing small details)*Major revisions are big tweaks to the image
(i.e. redrawing/repainting large portions of the image or new composition)
